Made from eco-friendly recycled cork from Portugal and Spain, yet handcrafted in the U.S.A. Golf is About...
It is recommended by Health Professionals that adults should do about 150 minutes of moderate exercise, such as playing golf, per week. This would be the equivalent of playing approximately 12 holes. Regular exercise such as walking via a round of golf can increase life expectancy by up to two years.
Playing golf for fun is a good way to include some practice, by focusing on whatever it is that you are trying to improve on in a casual atmosphere. Practicing golf this way can still be challenging, and intellectually stimulating plus fun.
